30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for any reason — no questions asked!

Eligible Items

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
  • Sealed products (e.g. software, headphones) must remain sealed

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Process

  1. Log in to your account → Orders → Select your order
  2. Click "Request Return/Refund"
  3. Choose your reason and submit
  4. We’ll email you return instructions within 24 hours
  5. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Processing Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (except faulty/damaged items — these are 100% free).

Faulty or Damaged Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping costs.
