Eligible Items
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
- Sealed products (e.g. software, headphones) must remain sealed
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Refund Process
- Log in to your account → Orders → Select your order
- Click "Request Return/Refund"
- Choose your reason and submit
- We’ll email you return instructions within 24 hours
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Faulty or Damaged Items
Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping costs.
